Description
Zinsser Bulls Eye 1-2-3 is a versatile primer, sealer and stain killer designed to bond to virtually any interior or exterior surface without requiring scuff sanding on glossy finishes. This 2.5-gallon formula combines priming, sealing and stain-blocking in a single product, eliminating the need for multiple coatings and saving time and money on projects. Whether you're preparing drywall, wood, metal, masonry, concrete, plaster, hardboard, glass or tile, this fast-drying acrylic primer creates a smooth, paint-ready surface that ensures topcoats adhere flawlessly.
The proprietary stain-blocking resin formula neutralizes water stains, nicotine, rust and tannin bleed, preventing discolorations from seeping through your final paint. Its low-VOC, low-odor composition maintains indoor air quality while the mildew-resistant dried film protects surfaces in high-humidity environments. This primer is also rust inhibitive, making it suitable for ferrous metal surfaces, and it bonds to moderately chalky surfaces and high-pH substrates. Even better, it's approved for use in food processing establishments.
